Kim grew up in the midwest and graduated in Economics and Management from DePauw University and worked in the consulting industry for Andersen Consulting and Cerner Corporation for 12 years. She applies her skills from the corporate world to the real estate industry. She received her real estate license and specializes in residential, land, and new construction sales.

Kim has represented over 355 transactions and $160 mil new home construction sales, $4 mil land purchases, and several million single family transactions. She has been a top 5 sales associate for Resident Realty from 2015-2019 until she left to become an independent broker of her own firm, 40th Parallel Real Estate. She and her firm have been top producers in the Denver area.

Kim enjoys all facets of real estate from navigating the way for first-time home buyers to providing guidance to investors looking for profitable investment properties. As a REALTOR and licensed stager, she strives to provide exceptional customer service and exceed her clients' expectations for a seamless real estate experience.

When not living and breathing real estate, she enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and pets, traveling, and submerging herself in Colorado's beautiful outdoors. She is an avid runner, swimmer, skier, and Ironman triathlete finisher.
